Based and HQ and working with a small but highly efficient team, your ability to coordination, plan and drive a smooth process will be valued.
The opportunity
Based in the front office, this role is vital for ensuring smooth running of processes, procedures and the office. Answering incoming calls, meeting and greeting clients / suppliers, coordinating meeting rooms, catering, internal events, facilities management, housekeeping, stationery and more. In addition, you will be assisting with travel and accommodation for the leadership team.
Selection criteria
- Previous admin / office coordination / reception experience in a corporate environment
- Highly developed communication / interpersonal skills – verbal and written
- Proven stakeholder engagement experience
- Tech savvy – MS Office Suite, MS Teams
- Strong coordination and time management skills
