THE ROLE
As a career paralegal, your duties and responsibilities will include;
- Assist with new client intake, including gathering injury details and maintaining regular client communication throughout the claim.
- Prepare, draft, and file legal documents such as claims, settlement agreements, and hearing requests in compliance with applicable procedures.
- Collect and review medical records, wage information, accident reports, and other evidence relevant to workers’ compensation cases.
- Coordinate with medical providers, evaluators, and experts to obtain necessary documentation and schedule examinations.
- Maintain and organize case files, track critical deadlines, and ensure timely completion of case tasks.
- Support attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, and mediations, including organizing exhibits and summaries.
- Communicate professionally with insurance carriers, opposing counsel, medical providers, and government agencies to advance case progress and resolution.

ABOUT YOU
To be a suitable candidate you will have;
- Minimum 2 years experience as a paralegal
- Minimum 2 years experience in personal injury, ideally workers compensation.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- The ability to work quickly, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
