Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be required to work on site in the office based in Laverton VIC 3028 5 days per week.
As the Payroll /Finance Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing a weekly payroll for 80 employees using Pronto
- Processing new starters, terminations and redundancies
- Processing superannuation, Incolink, CFMEU and Coinvest payments
- Performing monthly payroll and superannuation reconciliations, end-of-year processing, and reporting
- Processing supplier and subcontractor invoices
- Coordinating weekly commission payments for sales representatives
- Setting up and maintaining fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Preparing annual FBT reports
The successful candidate will have:
- End to end payroll experience is essential, including processing super, payroll tax and payg
- End to end accounts payable experience
- Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail
- Intermediate excel skills
- Strong time management skills as well as the ability to prioritise conflicting priorities
