Sales/Customer Service Coordinator

The Role
Reporting to the Sales team, you will;
Take ownership to support the pre-existing client accounts, from large pharmacies to smaller wellness clinics
You will be the first point of contact for client communications, processing of orders and upselling of new products
Oversee all stakeholder and client relationships to a high standard
Deal with couriers and outgoing/incoming delivery enquiries
Process orders for daily, weekly and monthly reports
Manage website updates and enhancements 
Contribute to monthly reports, forecasting and calendar collaboration 

About you
To be successful in this role you will need:
Ability to communicate (written & verbal) in mandarin is highly regarded 
Previous experience working in sales administration or customer service
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Pharmaceutical experience is desirable
A strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships
High attention to detail
Self motivated approach to work
