Based out of the Australian Head in Brisbane, this well established services business, operates across Australia and has grown both organically and through acquisition. They are seeking a commercially focused senior management / finance business partner. The business is constantly evolving, improving their Power BI / reporting systems and require a diligent, commercially focused senior management accountant to support the Head of FP&A / Senior Manager and subsequent operational teams.

The role
The role will play a vital link between operations and finance, and it is vital that you play a significant role in understanding key business matrices and business performance and the role that finance can play.Specifically, you will be involved with:

Divisional reporting and analysis, understanding market trends and cost savings
Build relationships with key operations managers
Monthly reporting to the Group
Help drive new Group / divisions system improvement initiatives

The Candidate
You will be a qualified accountant (CA/CPA) with a broad skill set and excellent communication skills. You will be able to understand what drives good financial performance, and drive initiatives.
