System Support Officer

Our client is a globally recognised and highly respected brand in the electronics industry. This position is based at their Sydney Olympic Park office, and follows a hybrid model, requiring four days in the office and one day working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide system support and responding to all inquiries from our Authorised Service Partners (ASCs) via email, Q&A and phone inquiries and internal SEAU teams.
  • Liaise between our partners and Head Quarters (HQ) and Regional Headquarters (RHQ) when issues are not resolved quickly in a timely manner
  • Facilitate Mobile and Web - GSPN System training, both face to face and remotely (phone or video conference).
  • Conduct start up training for new ASCs
  • Maintain a good relationship with partners and keep them informed of system tools changes, issues and enhancements
  • Analyse processes causing inefficiencies
  • Create User System Access for GSPN and Change passwords for internal staffs and ASCs
About You:
  • IT Degree
  • An understanding of Web Based Applications and what can effect such applications in relation to performance
  • Team player and motivated
