As they continue to grow, they are seeking an Administration Assistant (Warehouse Admin)
to support their warehouse, operations, and cartage teams.
About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative processes across warehouse operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing email and phone correspondence, actioning client requests
- General warehouse and office administration
- Stock administration and reporting
- Invoicing and processing paperwork
- Customer service and client communications
About You
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- ESSENTIAL: Proficiency in CargoWise – this is a must-have requirement
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
- Proven experience in warehousing, cartage, or accounts administration
- A proactive team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Supportive, positive team environment
