The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key part in delivering a seamless, professional, and inclusive recruitment experience. You will coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring efficient processes, timely outcomes, and a positive experience for all candidates and hiring managers.
Keys Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment following NSW Public Service guidelines, partnering with hiring managers on advertising, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
- Ensure transparent, timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines by proactively sourcing candidates for current and future roles.
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and contribute to employer branding initiatives to support diversity and accessibility.
- Manage recruitment data and reports, collaborate with the team, and support wider HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across various roles and industries. Government experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and selection techniques.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment data analysis.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent acquisition practices.
