We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts payable to step into a key support role within a busy finance team on a 3–6-month temp assignment. You'll play a critical part in keeping operations running smoothly, particularly as the team transitions responsibilities internally.

Role Purpose
This role is responsible for supporting the finance department through accurate record-keeping, transaction processing, and assisting with accounting tasks. A strong grasp of accounting principles, excellent organisational skills, and attention to detail are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
- Code and process supplier invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on discrepancies
- Collate and organise data for payment preparation
- Manage payment runs in line with internal processes
- Support with month-end and year-end activities
- Assist with the preparation of monthly AR financial reports
- Certificate or higher in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Proven experience working in Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Experience with Oracle or Greentree would be a bonus but not essential
- Strong Excel skills and an aptitude for learning new system
- High attention to detail and accuracy
