Highly innovative Manufacturing business require the assistance of an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their small and efficient Finance team on a part-time basis, for 6 months. You will be processing full function AP using D365 and assisting the team with a project. You will enjoy a close knit and down to earth working environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the responsibilities of the role will include,
- Managing AP Inbox and queries
- Set up of new suppliers and verifying information
- Matching PO's and managing approval process
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Set up and managing payments runs
- Working on projects
The successful applicant will have/be,
- Highly experienced in full function Accounts Payable processing
- A strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills
- A positive and professional team player
- Dynamics 365 experience highly regarded
- Part-time role, 2-3 days per week
- Flexible on days
- Sumner location, on-site parking
- Friendly team environment
