Appointment Setter - Outbound Sales Representative

Appointment Setter – Outbound Sales Representative (Temp)
Location: North Shore
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (40 hours/week)
Pay:$26.44/hour
Assignment Length: ASAP start for 3 months

Are you a natural people-person who enjoys meaningful conversations and helping others take positive action? This is your chance to join a well-known healthcare provider where customer care and connection truly matter.
We’re looking for a number of motivated and empathetic Appointment Setters to support a growing outbound team. In this role, you’ll speak directly with customers who’ve already shown interest in the company’s services—your job is to follow up, provide guidance, and schedule clinic appointments that could significantly improve their quality of life.
This isn’t cold calling or high-pressure selling it’s about building relationships, listening carefully, and encouraging next steps.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Making 100+ outbound calls each day with a target of 50+ engaged conversations
  • Booking 18+ appointments daily from warm leads such as online forms completed, in-store digital tools, and event enquiries
  • Reconnecting with existing clients who may need a follow-up, repair, or have general queries
  • Providing a high level of customer care, ensuring each interaction is helpful, positive, and supportive
  • Working within a friendly and collaborative team, all focused on delivering excellent service
We’d love to hear from you if you:
  • Have experience in an outbound contact centre, telesales, door to door sales or other sales/appointment setting role
  • Strong, clear communication as you are dealing with people who are hard of hearing over the phone
  • Are confident, empathetic, and know how to build rapport quickly
  • Thrive in a high-volume, goal-oriented and KPI driven environment
  • Stay positive and motivated throughout the day, even with repetitive tasks
