They currently have a rare opportunity for an experienced Billings Officer
to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
About the Role
In this role, you'll play a key part in the finance team by managing end-to-end billing and reconciliation processes, while contributing to the organisation’s mission through accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating billing for review
- Reconciling payment summaries
- Following up on aged debtor balances and statements
- Processing direct debit payments
- Preparing monthly invoices and statements
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Processing settlement journals
- Maintaining the cashflow spreadsheet
- Assisting with Accounts Payable
- Supporting ad hoc finance projects and tasks as required.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in billing and reconciliations
- Home care billing experience (highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence with financial systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
