Compliance Administrator

Compliance Administrator x 2 
12 month - $38 per hour + super
Hybrid role with WHF flexibility after training

2 newly created Compliance  Administrator roles have become available to join this busy, stable and customer centric business. Be part of a successful team and deliver timely and accurate documents and ensure best internal and external customer experience . Ongoing training and support will be provided and once completed 3 days work from home flexibility  can be an option. Great opportunity for someone from a highly regulated industry background such as banking, insurance, legal that is looking to change industries.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with reviewing and processing of digital submissions, ensuring they align with relevant policies, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Contribute to internal audits and compliance checks  ensuring they adhere to operational guidelines.
  • Contribute to excellence in customer service, phone and email, which relates to correct practices, procedures, products and services.
  • Carry out statistical reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in developing reports, presentations, and other materials to support projects, stakeholder engagement, and operational planning.
  • Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders in regards to with changes in legislation, policies, and technologies to maintain service quality.
 
Skills and Experience:
  • Clear, confident communicator  – Strong written and verbal skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Analytical thinker with a tech edge  – Uses numbers, logic, and digital tools (like MS Office).
  • Detail driven multitasker  – Balances competing deadlines with precision and consistency, no matter the workload.
  • Agile team player  – Thrives both independently and in team settings, easily adapting to evolving systems and services.
  • Eager to grow  – Delivers standout customer service while staying motivated to learn, upskill, and embrace new challenges.
