Customer Service Representative

Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
This is a full-time permanent role based at the company’s Westgate office. You’ll be joining a small, collaborative team responsible for coordinating both product orders and service jobs, as well as managing customer queries and supporting technical troubleshooting.
Extensive training is provided—including product knowledge and ride-alongs with field technicians—to give you confidence in both the products and processes.

Ngā kawenga | Key Responsibilities
• Process customer orders accurately and manage end-to-end fulfilment
• Schedule service jobs and coordinate technician appointments
• Troubleshoot basic product and service queries (full training provided)
• Maintain up-to-date customer records in Salesforce CRM and internal systems
• Monitor open cases and proactively follow up to ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to support overall customer experience and service delivery

We’re looking for candidates who bring:
• Previous experience in a customer service, coordination, or order processing role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data and systems
• The ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to a varied workload
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
• Confidence using CRM, ERP, or service management systems (Salesforce or Pronto advantageous but not essential)
• Genuine customer-first mindset and desire to provide excellent service
