Key Responsibilities

• Processes and manages customer orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring next-day delivery for metro areas.
• Accurately enters purchase orders into the ERP system and resolves discrepancies promptly.
• Handles customer inquiries, complaints, and requests related to pricing, delivery tracking, and invoices.
• Collaborates with internal teams to support inventory control, stocktaking, and logistics.
• Performs office administration tasks, including record maintenance and assisting with customer applications

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with medical devices (preferred).
