They are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Officer to join their team for a 2 week period with an immediate start to cover annual leave.
about the role
This role will see the successful candidate responsible for the coordination of day to day facilities requests of multiple sites within the Brisbane Metro region.
Responsibilities will include;
- Managing day to day facility maintenance requests
- Oversee the facilities service request system
- Logging of maintenance issues
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs work
- Liaise with contractors, service providers and Hub Managers
- Maintain records of maintenance works
- Monitor, manage and control work orders
- Raise PO’s
We are looking for a driven and committed Facilities Officer, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will also have;
- Demonstrated Facilities management experience
- High levels of initiative
- Ability to deliver professional and responsive service
- Confident in managing competing priorities
- A high attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
