About the role:
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing the financial performance of the Consumer Electronics Display division. A key responsibility of this role is to lead the preparation of SIRENG and SOKBO divisional forecasts, as well as Monthly Performance (MP) reviews, in collaboration with Category Managers and Division Leaders. The role also includes regular business reporting to Samsung Finance and Headquarters.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Management
- Regularly create the sales and marketing Sokbo (monthly breaking news forecast) & Sireng (three month rolling forecast) for EB(Display and Memory) Division.
- Create and distribute the finalised forecast to Finance and manage system input and report to management.
- Review and update ASP & CGS on a monthly basis in order to obtain accurate and reliable forecast.
- Analyse subsidiary & consolidated profit and loss regularly by product & model and report to management
- Update monthly, quarterly & yearly profit and loss simulation in relation to Sales forecast
- Provide channel analysis including sales, margin, profit and trade spending trend on a monthly basis
- Analyse channels profitability by product & model to maximise divisional value
- Preferably 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance area
