The organisation:
People2people have partnered with a rapidly growing global manufacturer that has an exciting opportunity for an HR Officer at their Townsville site. This organisation is committed to delivering technology-driven systems and solutions that support their customers in creating sustainable products and shaping the future of nutrition.
The opportunity:
Based on-site, you will work closely with the Site Management team and report to the Group HR Manager. In this role, you will support various aspects of the employee lifecycle. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse, including providing guidance and assistance with recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts and variations, employee enquiries, training coordination, grievance handling, WH&S support, and more
Selection criteria:
- Tertiary HR qualification with HR generalist experience
- Experience with a blue / white collar industry essential
- Understanding of Awards and legislation interpretation
- Effective communication / interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and tech savvy
