We’re seeking an experienced HRIS and insights specialist to support a busy People & Culture team during a period of optimisation and change. Responsibilities:
- Use tools like Power BI and Microsoft Copilot to simplify and automate key P&C processes
- Support and enhance employee survey reporting — including planning, delivery, and analysis
- Review and improve how onboarding and exit feedback is collected and used

- Turn data into actionable insights for leadership and key stakeholders
We’re looking for someone with a strong grasp of digital tools, particularly Power BI, and a track record of working with HR systems or employee feedback platforms. Strong written communication and a focus on detail will be key, along with a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.
A background in HR, psychology, or information systems would be ideal, but what matters most is your ability to translate data into meaningful insights that support people and culture initiatives
