Are you a dynamic HR leader ready to make an impact? We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programs
- Drive employee engagement, performance, and retention initiatives
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, compliance, and workplace relations
- Coach and support leaders to build strong, effective teams
- Lead change management, workforce planning, and succession initiatives
- Proven HR leadership experience across generalist functions
- Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation, awards, and best practice frameworks
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and manage sensitive issues
- A passion for creating inclusive, people-focused workplaces
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
