Legal Contract Manager

The Company:
A global power management leader with a history spanning more than a century, the company delivers innovative solutions across multiple sectors, including electrical products, electrical systems and services, aerospace, vehicle, and the emerging eMobility market.

The Role:
Located in Inner South Sydney this Legal Contract Manager position is available to start immediately on a temporary part-time three day basis. Reporting into Legal Counsel, this position would see you carrying out some of the following duties on a daily basis:
-Review Commercial contracts
-Assist with contract management
-Go through legal documents and organise
-Upload contracts to document management system
-Contract drafting
-Contract life cycle management
-Liaising with Stakeholders
-General administrative duties

About You:
Eligibility for this position requires possession of the following attributes:
-Prior commercial contract management experience
-The availability to start immediately
-Excellent organisational skills
-Attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal skills
-The ability to take initiative
