Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Managing bookings and patients’ details
- Providing patients with relevant booking details
- Data entry
- Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and in-person
- Liaising with hospitals regarding referrals and bookings
- Previous experience in a medical receptionist role or a similar industry
- Personable and proffesional
- High level of attention and confidentiality
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
- High level of organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Immediate start for the right candidate

- Ability to work either morning or afternoon shifts
