They are currently seeking a proactive and reliable Office Assistant to help maintain a professional, client-ready workplace and support the seamless functioning of their offices.
THE ROLE
As a Office Assistant your duties and responsibilities will include;
- Prepare, format, and file court documents in compliance with local, state, and federal court rules
- Assist with on boarding and off boarding staff
- Maintain stock levels and presentation of kitchen areas, including unloading dishwashers and regular cleaning of appliances.
- Organise maintenance requests and repairs for our premises and equipment, liaise with contractors and coordinate resolutions.
- Set up and reset of rooms for events and meetings.
- Reception relief cover for breaks and absences (as required).
- General admin and adhoc duties

ABOUT YOU
To be considered a desirable candidate you should have;
- Experience as an office assistant or all-rounder
- Have previously worked in a similar industry
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Understanding of workplace health and safety protocols
- A can-do attitude
