Office Manager

people2people are currently recruiting an Office Manager for our client who is an established allied health organisation. Our client is seeking a passionate Office Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem solving, and is passionate about supporting a team that makes a genuine impact in the community. This is a full time permanent position based in Moorabbin 3189.

The Role:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure smooth administrative processes
  • Manage calendars, appointments, cancellations and general daily coordination
  • Oversee site administration, daily task tracking, and resource management
  • Ensure site maintenance and operational checklists are completed and up to date
  • Act as the go-to person for operational and administrative matters
 
About you:
  • Previous experience in an office management position (health or allied health is highly advantageous but not essential)
  • Highly organised with strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proactive and solutions focused, and confident in taking initiative
  • You can manage multiple priorities whilst supporting a team
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and your team
