Rare opportunity for a Payroll administration officer to join a large community based Not-For-Profit on a 6 month fixed term contract, based in Brisbane CBD. You will supporting a team of four and will love working with the supportive leader. Once trained you will be offered two days work from home. You will also be able to utilise salary sacrificing benefits.
The Role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,
- Assisting a payroll team of 4
- Payroll administration and data entry
- Payroll processing and processing employee expenses
- Payroll on-boarding documentation
- Dealing with payroll queries and escalting to team
The successful applicant will have/be,
- Payroll processing experience
- A basic understanding of payroll legislation
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A high attention to detail and organisation skills
- Ability to pick up new systems with ease
- A professional and positive team player
- Hybrid working environment (2 days from home, once trained)
- NFP, salary sacrificing benefits
- CBD location, 6 month fixed term contract
