This is a dynamic, varied position that sits at the heart of the Perth office . As the face of the business, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal staff. You will also be part of a supportive national reception team, working closely with colleagues across the country.
What you will be doing:
- Answering and directing calls across the Perth office and nationally
- Welcoming and hosting clients and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing rooms for internal and client meetings
- Assisting with events and meeting set-ups
- Ordering and managing catering and office supplies
- Preparing and serving refreshments
- Handling deliveries and internal mail
- Supporting with general administration including photocopying, scanning, binding, and collating documents
- Someone warm, professional, and enthusiastic – a natural relationship builder
- Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and proactive approach
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable with basic office technology and systems
- Previous reception or admin experience in a professional services environment is ideal, but not essential
