Our client, a well-established and respected law firm is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
to join their thriving property department. This is a confidential opportunity with a forward-thinking and client-focused practice known for delivering high-quality legal services.
This role is ideal for a proactive and skilled legal professional who is confident managing their own caseload from instruction through to completion. The successful candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, a client-centric approach, and the ability to work efficiently
within a supportive and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Provide clear, concise, and commercially sound legal advice to clients throughout the transaction process.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to progress transactions efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.
- Maintain high standards of client care and service delivery.
- Contribute positively to the team culture and wider goals of the firm.
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX), or Licensed Conveyancer.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience managing residential conveyancing files independently.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage priorities effectively.
- Experience using legal case management systems and embracing legal technology.
- Previous experience working in a leadership or mentoring capacity is advantageous but not essential.
- A strong local network or proven ability to contribute to business development initiatives.
