About the Role:
The client we are working with is a well-established and growing education provider, who are seeking a Student Placement Consultant to join their student placement team. This role is integral in ensuring a smooth and effective placement experience for students. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy networking, and have strong administrative and relationship management skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Placement Coordination – Source, monitor, and allocate student placements by liaising with schools, agencies, and private providers.
- Relationship Managemen t – Maintain and nurture existing partnerships while developing new opportunities.
- Student Support – Guide students through placement processes, ensuring they understand requirements and expectations.
- Compliance & Documentation – Oversee student paperwork, including background checks and placement logs, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Preferred background in education, early childhood, or a KPI-driven environment.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including students, educators, and industry partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and placement management systems (experience with InPlace is a plus) preferred.
