Talent Advisor – Part Time (2–3 Days per Week)

Role: Talent advisor
Start date Early September to November
We are looking for a motivated and approachable Talent Advisor to join our client’s Whangārei office on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week). This is a newly created role where you will play an important part in helping recruit for six new positions within the business.
Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
- Advertising roles and keeping track of applications
- Phone screening candidates to assess suitability
- Coordinating and arranging interviews with hiring managers
- Checking working rights and qualifications to ensure compliance
- Reporting directly to the on-site Business Support Manager
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR or talent acquisition
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
- Able to build rapport quickly with candidates and stakeholders
- Detail-focused with a practical approach
- Available to work 2–3 days per week on-site in Whangārei
- Flexible part-time role, 2–3 days per week
