We're seeking multiple Talent Coordinators to support a large-scale recruitment initiative. As a Talent Coordinator, you'll coordinate all aspects of the Expression of Interest (EOI) process, ensuring seamless application processing while delivering exceptional administrative support to both candidates and the HR team throughout this organisational transformation project.
In this role, you'll:
- Coordinate all stages of the Expression of Interest (EOI) process, from submission through to offer
- Manage tight deadlines while ensuring all submissions are accurate and complete
- Liaise with key stakeholders to organise interview panels and scheduling
- Proactively manage a high-volume in-box, directing queries to the appropriate HR or change management contacts
- Utilise Springboard (or similar applicant tracking systems) to retrieve and attach CVs for moderation panels
- Contact candidates to arrange interviews and manage scheduling through Springboard
You're a highly organised professional with exceptional attention to detail who excels at prioritising competing demands in dynamic environments. Your outstanding communication skills enable effective collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups, while your proactive approach allows you to anticipate needs and address potential challenges before they emerge. You maintain absolute confidentiality and demonstrate unwavering professionalism throughout sensitive internal recruitment processes
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and Experience
- Experience in coordinating high-volume recruitment campaigns or internal placement processes
- Practical working knowledge of Springboard or comparable Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or workforce management platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Established capability to work productively and independently in a virtual environment while maintaining strong team connections
- Hourly rate up to $36 + 8% holiday pay.
- Temporary position for around 4 – 6 months.
- Remote Working.
