Accounts Officer - Mount Gravatt

The Role 
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include, 

  • Full function Accounts Payable processing 
  • 3 way matching, Purchase Order receipting 
  • Managing approval processes and Supplier statement reconciliation 
  • Set up of payment runs and dealing with Supplier queries 
  • Managing credit card and expense claims 
  • Full function Accounts Receivable 
  • Banking, receipting and allocating of payments 
  • Collections and debtor management and daily bank reconciliations 
  • Monitoring cash flow and reporting 
  • Assisting with month end processes 
About You 
The successful applicant will have/be, 
  • Experienced in full function Payables and Receivables 
  • Experienced in banking functions and strong reconciliation skills
  • Demonstrated process improvement and streamlining capabilities 
  • A strong attention to detail and well developed time management skills 
  • Well developed communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Experience in Dynamics Business Central highly advantageous
  • A professional and positive team player
