Corporate Reception - Expression of Interest

Do you have a warm and friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy being the face of a company? We are currently seeking Temporary Receptionists that would be interested in upcoming roles with clients all over Melbourne.   

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and welcome guests/clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage office correspondence, including emails and mail
  • Assisting with the coordination of functions and events
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and clients 

ABOUT YOU:
  • Proven experience as a receptionist in a corporate environment 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (outlook, word etc.)
  • Ability to pick up processes and systems quickly
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Flexibility to work on short notice and adapt to different office environments
