Graduate Marketing Finance Coordinator

About the Role:
We are looking for a Graduate Marketing Finance Coordinator to join and support our Retail and Marketing teams, on an 18-month fixed term contract. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate who is organised, detail-oriented and interested in gaining experience in financial administration. You will help with the day-to-day running of finance tasks by supporting activity approvals, keeping budget trackers up to date, checking partner documents and making sure invoices are processed on time. You will work closely with a range of teams across the business, including retail, marketing and finance, as well as with external partners. Good communication and teamwork skills will be key to your success in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the financial pre and post-approval processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update spend trackers regularly.
  • Monitor and share weekly and monthly spend summaries, flagging any over or under spend concerns.
  • Process and verify invoices within 48 hours of receipt, and follow up on payment timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with retail, marketing and finance teams to support day-to-day financial administration.
  • Assist vendors with payment process requirements and help gather any necessary supporting documentation.
About You:
  • Experience working within a transferable field.
  • Degree qualified in a related, applicable discipline.
  • Sound understanding and knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
