About The Role
Supporting the Litigation team at Partner level, this role will see you provide high-quality administrative support to ensure smooth operations and seamless client service. This role is best suited to someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and always one step ahead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversea and manage the monthly billing process
- Expense reconciliations
- Opening and closing of matters
- Generate reports
- Document production
- Draft correspondence
- Diary management and travel coordination
About You
To excel in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated legal support experience ideally gained within litigation.
- A firm understanding of financial and end of month billing processes.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong client-service focus.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to thrive in a busy work environment juggling competing priorities.
- A team-oriented approach.
