We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to provide high-level support to the Corporate team. You will play a key role in keeping transactions on track and supporting lawyers with a variety of administrative and legal tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing legal documents, agreements, and correspondence
- Managing files and matters efficiently
- Processing billing and tracking deadlines
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Supporting business development initiatives
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably in corporate/commercial law
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
