The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Legal Assistant  to join the Corporate team in the Perth office on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a hands-on and varied role where you’ll provide proactive support to Partners and Lawyers in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing diaries, travel and meeting coordination
  • Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with monthly billing and maintaining accurate matter files
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Supporting multiple fee earners while working both autonomously and collaboratively
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience as a Legal Secretary within a law firm
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Word and PowerPoint) and familiarity with Excel
  • Experience using legal billing and document management systems 
  • Initiative, attention to detail, and a positive, proactive attitude
