St Leonards | Temporary role until December 2025, with potential to extend

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Office Coordinator to join a busy office environment based in St Leonards. This contract role will run until the end of December, with the potential to make a real impact supporting day-to-day operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of facilities requests, courier and mailroom services, vendor management, and general office support. You will play a key part in maintaining a professional, safe and well-organised workplace.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and following through on facilities requests and office maintenance needs
  • Supporting mail, courier and delivery services
  • Managing office supplies, consumables, waste management and kitchen stock
  • Reception cover on Mondays and Tuesdays or as required
  • Assisting with set up for meetings, training sessions and events
  • Sourcing quotes for ad hoc repairs and maintenance
  • Supporting fit-out projects and office occupancy studies as needed
About you:
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and technology systems
