Key responsibilities
- Lead and inspire frontline passenger service teams
- Ensure compliance, safety, and service standards are consistently achieved
- Manage budgets, rosters, and operational efficiency
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive service excellence
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Aviation/airline industry knowledge (essential)
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- Tertiary qualifications in Aviation Management or Business (desirable)
