Are you a confident and capable property solicitor ready to take ownership of your caseload and make a real impact? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded law firm in Central London, looking to grow their Property team with a talented solicitor who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
The Role
You’ll independently manage a varied caseload from instruction to post-completion, covering sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to the wider growth of the department and support junior team members when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a full range of conveyancing transactions
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and property-related documents
- Liaising with clients, lenders, agents, and solicitors
- Ensuring all matters are progressed efficiently and compliantly
- Contributing to business development and client retention
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues as needed
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 1–3+ years PQE
- Solid experience in Residential Conveyancing, Commercial Property, or both
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Able to manage a busy caseload independently
- Commercially aware, proactive, and solution-focused
- Mentoring or supervisory experience is a plus
- Competitive starting salary (DOE)
