This casual opportunity offers consistent hours from Thursday to Monday, with additional shifts available during peak trading periods.

About the Role
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be the face of this prestigious brand, creating memorable in-store experiences that reflect the premium quality and sophistication of the products. You will play a key role in driving sales by confidently presenting tailored sleep solutions, showcasing promotions, and cultivating lasting customer relationships. Alongside this, you will support the overall store presentation, assist with stock management, and ensure every interaction reflects the luxury service standard.

You are a sales-focused professional who thrives in a competitive retail environment and takes pride in offering premium service. You are confident, proactive, and motivated by the opportunity to convert conversations into sales while building strong customer loyalty.

Key Selection Criteria
• Proven experience achieving sales targets & KPIs in retail or a customer-focused environment
• Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
• Confidence using POS systems and modern retail technology
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• A self-motivated approach with excellent organisational ability
• Previous experience in luxury bedding, sleep solutions, or premium retail sales (highly desirable)
• Professional presentation and a genuine passion for delivering world-class customer experiences
• Flexibility to work across required days and willingness to travel between stores if needed
