The Role
This opportunity is for a Senior Associate to join the property and leasing team in Sydney. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of leasing and transactional matters, running files with minimal supervision. The role involves managing client relationships, supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5+ years’ post-admission experience in property law, with a strong focus on leasing and transactional matters.
- Previous experience in a national, international, or top-tier environment.
- A practical and commercial approach to issues, with excellent drafting skills.
- Strong client relationship skills and a genuine commitment to outstanding client service.
- The ability to work autonomously while also supporting and coaching more junior team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
