About the Role:
Our client Samsung Electronics is a well-known and highly respected global brand in the electronics industry and is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Product Manager
to join their team, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving the success of the Smartphone category. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy, ensuring alignment with local and global objectives while addressing local market dynamics. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, to develop and execute comprehensive product plans that drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define pricing strategies, product lifecycle management and promotional programs to maximize sales outcomes.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and challenges.
- Lead the planning and execution for new product launches and existing product updates.
- Leverage consumer insights to inform product decisions and enhance customer experience.
- Lead a team of Product Managers providing, direction and support.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver cohesive and impactful strategies.
- A strong understanding of Product or Category Management.
- Proven team leader with a reputation for getting the best from of your team.
- Skilled in using data and insights to support informed decision making.
