ANZ Agribusiness providing a range of products and services require the assistance of an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance e team on a temporary basis to cover extended leave. The role will be 30 hours per week and you will be joining a great team culture. There is parking on-site and you will offered flexibility around start and finish times.
The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller and covering extended leave, the responsibilities of the role will include,
- Data entry of invoices, using Dynamics Business Central
- Coding and matching Purchase Orders
- Liaising with departments for approval process
- Dealing with Supplier queries
The successful applicant will have/be,
- Happy to commit to the temp role
- Available at short notice
- Experienced in Accounts Payable
- A strong attention to detail and great communication skills
- A positive and professional team player
- D365 of Business Central system experience advantageous
- Temp role, 4 days per week
- Commence ASAP, Murarrie location
