Due to an implementation project, we are seeking and experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the finance team on a 3-month temp basis at the Murarrie office.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,
- Accurately coding invoices and receipting stock
- Complete daily purchase reconciliations
- Prepare and process payment runs
- Reconcile freight and consignment notes
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Assist with end of month close processes
- Manage the Inbox and deal with Supplier queries
About You
The successful applicant will have/ be,
- Experienced in full function Accounts Payable
- Intermediate Excel and able to pick up new systems
- A strong attention to detail and good communication skills
