We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and increase access to our NDIS services across the region. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, building stakeholder relationships, and expanding our client base through meaningful and values-aligned engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow NDIS service delivery.
- Identify and implement strategies to attract NDIS participants and referrers
- Identify and pursue new referral channels, partnerships, and market opportunities.
- Promote the organisation’s values and service offerings to the broader community.
- Represent the organisation at networking events, expos, and industry forums.
- Proven experience in business development, sales or stakeholder engagement, preferably in the NDIS, healthcare or community services sector.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and funding models.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong networks within the NDIS sector
- A strategic mindset with a drive for results.
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required
- NDIS worker screening check, working with children check and Police check ( or willingness and ability to obtain them).
