Location: Central London (Hybrid – 2 days/week in shared office)
Salary: £37,000–£39,000p/a
Start Date: January 2026
Hours: Full-time, 38 hours/week (Mon–Fri, between 7:30am–6:00pm)
 
About the Role
As a Client Service Professional, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients using these businesses products. You’ll deliver exceptional phone and email support, resolve technical issues, and ensure a seamless client experience.
You’ll handle specialised or non-routine tasks with minimal supervision, exercising initiative and sound judgement.


About You

  • Proven experience in customer service/ support or technical support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical proficiency (MS Office and general computer literacy).
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Client Support
  • Provide professional, empathetic phone and email assistance to clients.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, offering clear step-by-step guidance.
  • Manage and prioritise support tickets.
  • Handle basic administrative and client support tasks.
  • Adhere to call quality and escalation procedures.
  • Upsell relevant products or services when appropriate.
  • Maintain flexibility to support changing business and roster needs.
 
Technical Troubleshooting
  • Apply in-depth product knowledge to efficiently identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and close complex cases.
  • Conduct quality system testing and support system improvements.
Client Education & Documentation
  • Educate clients on product features, updates, and best practices.
  • Create and update internal knowledge base content.
  • Record detailed notes on client interactions and resolutions.
Team & Project Support
  • Mentor and assist junior team members.
  • Manage basic project implementations and updates.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and conduct final audits when required.
Information Security & Compliance
  • Follow policies and procedures, maintaining data security and compliance.
  • Report any security incidents promptly.
  • Protect information assets and use systems responsibly.
