Client Service Specialist

to deliver exceptional experiences across events, training programs, and initiatives. This is a dynamic, client-facing role with good benefits, flexible work-from-home options, and a competitive salary.
What you’ll do:
- Be the main point of contact for clients, members, and guests, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate and deliver events, programs, and initiatives, both in-person and virtually.
- Manage logistics including registrations, agendas, communication, venues, and facilitators.
- Ensure smooth operations in business centres and member lounges.
- Gather feedback and drive continuous improvements in service delivery.
- 3+ years’ experience in a client-facing or customer service role.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Confident presenter and host, able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent experience desirable.
