people2people are currently recruiting a Client Services Officer
position for our client who is a construction consulting firm. This role is based in Melbourne CBD, and offering an immediate start for an initial 6-month temporary assignment, with the potential to extend. This is a part time position working 3-4 days per week.
About the role:
- Act as the first point of contact for all clients, welcoming them with a friendly and professional manner
- Ensuring front of house area is always tidy and presentable
- Manage meeting room bookings, set up and clean up
- Maintain and restock kitchen areas, including making coffee using a barista machine
About you:
- Previous experience in a corporate hospitality or client services position is essential
- Proactive and professional, with a strong focus on presentation
- Friendly and approachable, with a can do attitude
