THE FIRM:
This boutique property law practice is growing rapidly and is known for delivering precise, timely, and client-focused results. Working with a diverse network of property professionals and buyers across Australia, they pride themselves on efficiency without sacrificing quality.

THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to step into a pivotal role managing both Victorian and New South Wales residential property matters. You’ll be the driving force behind smooth, accurate, and efficient transactions, working closely with clients and industry partners.

Key responsibilities include:
- Draft, review, and finalise sale and purchase contracts, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
-Manage the complete lifecycle of conveyancing files, from instruction through to settlement.
-Coordinate PEXA settlements and process all associated documentation accurately and promptly.
-Prepare settlement figures and adjustment statements with precision and attention to detail.
-Liaise directly with clients, agents, brokers, and lenders to ensure seamless communication and progress.
-Troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve potential delays or errors to keep transactions on track.

ABOUT YOU:
You will be a skilled conveyancer (licensed or unlicensed) who thrives in a busy, high-standard environment and enjoys building strong client relationships. You will have:
-Experience managing both VIC and NSW residential property transactions.
-Strong technical skills and the ability to work files independently from start to finish.
-Confidence using PEXA and familiarity with legal practice management software.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-A proactive, solutions-focused approach to resolving challenges.
