Are you driven by data, strategy, and impact? We’re looking for a proactive Data Analyst
to join a dynamic team helping shape regional priorities through evidence, analysis, and cross-sector collaboration. In this role, you’ll bridge data discovery and strategic decision-making—translating insights into action and supporting long-term planning across economic development, tourism, and beyond.
You’ll work across internal teams and external stakeholders (including iwi, business, and local government) to support initiatives that deliver real regional outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in strategy, research, or analytics who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading data discovery and insights development to inform strategy and investment planning
- Supporting strategic initiatives and project scoping through research and forecasting
- Facilitating collaboration across departments and external stakeholders to align efforts with regional priorities
